My Home Gym


The My Home Gym: Training Guide includes strength training exercises targeting all muscle groups.  Workouts consists of using a combination of inexpensive workout equipment to create your own Home Gym.  This highly effective workout program includes exercises that are designed to build endurance, strength and muscle!

Beginners to advanced will pick 3-4 workout routines a week.  Workout routines will last between 20-30 minutes (average time) and include the following

  • Routines (demonstrated in VIDEO FORMAT
  • Program can be Viewed from Your Account Using your Smart Phone/PC/Tablet
  • Internet Access is Required

Routines will include the following

  • Ankle Weights
  • Your Body Weight
  • Chair Routines (grab a sturdy chair)
  • Dumbbells
  • Kettle-Bell
  • Resistance Bands
  • Socks

Recommended for : Maintenance, Weight loss, Weight gain.  Workouts are low to medium impact and designed to be used at your own pace. 


Online guides are only accessible after purchase, by going to the “My Account” then selecting “Dashboard”. After, select “View” for the program you wish to see, and then select the program links/content.

  • Ankle Weights (3-5 lbs if beginner)
  • Kettle-Bell

Needed Equipment

  • Dumbbells (whatever you feel comfortable with to begin)
  • Chair
  • Resistance Band (cord two handle)
  • Sliders (exercise, core sliders if you do not have a wood floor)

The My Home Gym program can be viewed from your smart phone/pc/tablet.  There is also a pdf file you can download to document your training.

Internet Access is required.
