Equipment is Needed For this Program.
- Ankle Weights (3-5 lbs if beginner)
- Dumbbells (whatever you feel comfortable with to begin)
- Resistance Band (cord two handle)
- Sliders (exercise, core sliders if you do not have a wood floor)
The My Home Gym program can be viewed from your smart phone/pc/tablet. There is also a pdf file you can download to document your training.
